I have been a licensed realtor since 2005. I am an active, full-time agent who is committed to building a rapport with my clients so that I can efficiently work to service your real estate needs. I have truly enjoyed working closely with my real estate partner and father, Don Jerry (Broker) since 2003. Don has been a licensed agent since 1977 and began the Sutton Brokerage here in Barrie.
We have a wonderful working relationship and work hard to make our approach benefit our clients on multiple levels. We stay abreast of market trends through extensive research, sales presentations, weekly sales meetings, and property previews and frequently take phone duty at the office. We list and sell properties in all price ranges within Simcoe County.
Our experience covers all types of homes including single-family detached homes, luxury properties, waterfronts, farms, and condominiums. In addition, when listing a home, we provide staging consultation and professional photography. The Jerry Team has over 50 years of combined experience working with buyers and sellers in the Barrie area. A lifelong resident of Barrie, I am very knowledgeable about the city’s market and growth.
I am also an Accredited Buyer Representative, which means I offer valuable real estate knowledge in every home purchase.
